What to expect:
- Design, implement and maintain automated tests for web, API and desktop applications
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites
- Build reusable test automation components and frameworks
- Automate API and end-to-end test scenarios
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, logs and defects
- Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to defect resolution
- Document, classify and track defects
- Continuously improve the stability, maintainability and reusability of automated tests
- Collaborate with test managers, test analysts and other Quality Engineering experts
What you bring along:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Practical experience in software test automation
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, Appium or comparable frameworks
- Knowledge of API, web and ideally desktop test automation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of regression testing and defect management
- Good English communication skills
- Structured, analytical and quality-oriented working style
- Experience using AI tools for software development, test automation, test generation or log analysis
- Experience with complex end-to-end test environments
- Desktop test automation experience
- Test data management experience
- Automotive or vehicle diagnostics experience
