What to expect:
- Creation of target-group-oriented information modules in various editorial systems, including the definition of taxonomies and metadata
- Independent authoring and analysis of technical workshop documentation such as repair manuals and maintenance lists
- Quality assurance of created documentation, including editing and proofreading
- Processing feedback and providing user support for dealers and workshops, including corrections in case of errors
- Preparation of graphic briefings and coordination with the internal graphics department
What you bring:
- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in automotive engineering or technical communication
- Practical experience as a Technical Writer
- Confident handling of XML editors and content management systems (e.g. Cosima, SCHEMA ST4 or SMC) as well as MS Office
- Team spirit, independent working style and strong customer orientation
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Excellent command of Czech (level C2)
- English language skills are beneficial (at a minimum level B2)
- Willingness to work regularly on site in Mladá Boleslav
