Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business goals
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists / Recruiters
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce planning
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding)
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand and talent pipeline
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics 
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to onboarding
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and diversity, equity, and inclusion standards
• Drive employer branding initiatives (career site, social media, events)

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including 2+ years in a managerial or lead role
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles 
• Experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruitment KPIs
• Solid understanding of labor law and hiring compliance
• Fluent in English and French
