System Developer - ADAS (f/m/d)

 You want to drive technological innovation and shape the mobility of tomorrow? Join us! As a System Developer for camera‑based ADAS functions, you will work at the interface between Škoda Auto and the Volkswagen Group, ensuring state‑of‑the‑art driver assistance systems are developed, integrated, and validated.

The focus is on the following activities:

  •  
  • Take ownership of the system architecture for camera-based ADAS functions in close collaboration with Škoda Auto and the VW Group
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of the system requirements specification, including the derivation of detailed technical requirements
  • Integrate and validate ADAS features such as Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA), Lane Assist (WLA) or Travel Assist within the complete vehicle system
  • Plan, execute, and document system-level tests, including performance analysis and optimization
  • Drive change and issue management, including evaluation and approval of technical modifications
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards (e.g., Functional Safety, Cyber Security)

 

What you bring along:

 

  •  
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field – ideally with experience in ADAS system development
  • Familiarity with OEM tools and processes such as ADTF, CANoe, DOORS, Jira, ODIS is an advantage
  • Experience with camera-based sensors, environment modeling, or driver assistance functions is desirable
  • Structured, independent working style combined with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident communicator in technical discussions – experience working with OEM partners is a plus
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Czech language skills at a communicative level are beneficial
  • Willingness to work regularly on site in Mladá Boleslav
