What to expect:

• As a Senior Test Engineer / Test Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning, managing, and further developing testing and validation activities for modern infotainment systems on MQB, MEB, SSP, and Android Automotive platforms.
• You will develop and maintain test strategies, test concepts, and test plans for complex software and system scopes. You will plan and manage system, integration, and acceptance tests and oversee the validation process through to release.
• In doing so, you will coordinate test teams, development partners, and suppliers in an international project environment.
• You ensure software and hardware maturity levels for releases and oversee release and system integration approvals.
• Responsibility for test environments, test benches, and test vehicles is also part of your scope of work.
• You analyze test results, evaluate quality metrics, and derive appropriate measures for quality improvement.
• You manage defect management processes in Jira and KPM, as well as the tracking of defect resolutions.
• You conduct technical reviews and risk analyses and support the continuous optimization of test processes.
• You actively drive the implementation and further development of CI/CD, continuous testing, and automation approaches.
• In addition, you create management reports, KPI dashboards, and quality assessments for various stakeholders.
• You will facilitate defect review meetings, ticket control boards, and quality committees, and provide technical guidance to junior test engineers and test teams.

What you bring:

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive testing field. In-depth knowledge of test management, system integration, software quality, defect analysis, and release management.
• Experience working with Jira, KPM, Codebeamer, DOORS, or comparable tools. Knowledge of ASPICE and automotive software development.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a high level of quality awareness.
• Very good knowledge of Czech is required (min. C1)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Knowledge of German is a plus (min. A2)
