What to expect:

• You will be responsible for analyzing, defining, coordinating, and tracking requirements in the field of modern infotainment and connected-car systems.
• In this role, you will work closely with customers, development teams, suppliers, and international project partners, and oversee requirements throughout the entire development cycle.
• You will capture, analyze, and structure both functional and technical requirements.
• In addition, you will create, maintain, and ensure the quality of requirements documents, specifications, and change requests.
• You will coordinate requirements with customers, business units, developers, and suppliers, and ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders.
• Ensuring traceability throughout the entire development process is just as much a part of your responsibilities as conducting impact analyses and change evaluations.
• You manage requirements in tools such as Codebeamer, DOORS, or Jira and define acceptance criteria and test requirements.
• In addition, you support Function Owners, Product Owners, and project managers in implementing complex development projects.
• You ensure compliance with development processes and quality standards, such as those defined by ASPICE.
• Preparing status reports, management documents, and decision-making materials rounds out your job responsibilities.
• You will also participate in international project committees within the VW Group and its brands.

What you bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in requirements engineering, systems engineering, or functional development.
• An understanding of complex software and system architectures as well as modern development processes in the automotive sector.
• Proficiency with tools such as Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, Jira, or Confluence.
• Experience collaborating with international project partners. A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Knowledge in the areas of infotainment, connected services, and vehicle connectivity.
• Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS). Knowledge of common automotive development processes and methods such as ASPICE, the V-Model, or SAFe.
• Experience in test management, system integration, requirements traceability, and release processes. Basic knowledge of modern vehicle platforms such as MQB, MEB, or SSP.
• Very good knowledge of Czech is required (min. C1)
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Knowledge of German is a plus (min. A2)
