What to expect:

• Determine the industrial scheme for the realization phase of assigned projects.
• Seek techno-economic solutions to optimize production costs.
• Finalize subcontracting specifications issued by the design office, integrating manufacturing and acceptance constraints.
• Ensure manufacturing follow-up through key milestones: prepare RFQ packages, send to suppliers, act as technical expert, and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Guarantee deadlines and schedules by implementing required optimizations.
• Alert the manager and MDP of any project deviations (quality, cost, schedule) to enable decision-making.
• Analyze issues and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Travel frequently to suppliers in Bucharest and across the country.

What you bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing prototypes or small series of tooling, across industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to steer multiple complex manufacturing projects in parallel.
• Team player: effective collaboration with internal project teams and external suppliers/partners.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, welding, metal fabrication, foundry, 3D metrology; prototyping and small-series production.
• Ability to read manufacturing and assembly drawings.
• Autonomy, proactivity, rigor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• French is a plus.
