• Analyze demand trends, identify associated risks and opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.Assess supply chain capabilities and identify constraints that could impact the ability to meet demand.
• Propose and coordinate action plans to ensure alignment between demand and available capacities.
• Consolidate, analyze, and validate sales forecasts in collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to improve forecast quality and anticipate market developments.
• Manage inventory performance, anticipate stock-out and excess inventory risks, and implement the necessary measures to achieve established objectives.
• Identify gaps between forecasted demand and available capacities, and coordinate the required action plans to ensure operational performance.
• Facilitate communication among the various stakeholders involved in the process to support effective decision-making.
• Facilitate information sharing between the different departments of the company and ensure consistency of the assumptions used in the planning process.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and provide periodic reports to management.

Your profile:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Planning, with knowledge of inventory management processes
• English: upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B1-C1)
• French: upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B1-C1)
• Knowledge of SAP or other planning systems is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in decision-support and data analysis tools: Spotfire, Power BI, etc.
• Microsoft Office Suite: with advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of supply chain performance indicators and their financial impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
