What to expect:

Contributing directly to development projects in high-voltage battery systems and/or electric powertrains in areas such as mechanical design, hardware development, function development, or systems engineering

Supporting the onboarding, technical guidance, and development of engineering teams at our Morocco location

Driving knowledge transfer and sharing best practices across international development teams

Collaborating closely with project managers, sub-project managers, and engineering functions across multiple locations

Supporting recruitment activities, including technical interviews and mentoring of new team members

Taking ownership of selected work packages, modules, or subsystems and coordinating their execution from Morocco

Ensuring technical quality, timely delivery, and consistency across the assigned development scope
What you bring along:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field

Professional experience in the development of high-voltage battery systems, electric powertrains, automotive E/E systems, or related engineering disciplines

Experience in international development projects and cross-functional collaboration

Strong technical background combined with good coordination and communication skills

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

Ability to support and guide engineering teams in an international environment

Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
