What to except:

• Create and test guided troubleshooting programs (GFS) using ODIS Creator
• Develop troubleshooting strategies (FSS) for vehicle systems
• Test diagnostic methods on vehicles and under service workshop conditions
• Collaborate with developers and component managers on diagnostic content
• Support diagnostic FMEA activities and quality assurance
• Analyze user feedback and implement continuous improvements
• Prepare acceptance reports and deliver technically approved solutions.

What you bring along:

• Good communication skills, German and English skills (C1)
• Degree in Automotive, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar engineering field
• Experience in automotive diagnostics or after-sales technical development
• Knowledge of guided troubleshooting concepts and diagnostic logic
• Experience with diagnostic tools (ODIS Creator or similar preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
