Your Responsibilities
- Processing and controlling quality and problem management tickets within the BMW quality environment
- Analysis of field, warranty, and quality-related data
- Support of the BMW Problem Management Process (PMP)
- Documentation and tracking of corrective actions and quality measures
- Creation of reports, analyses, and management presentations
- Supporting root cause analyses and problem-solving activities
- Collaboration with BMW stakeholders and Bertrandt teams in Germany
- Support of the customer feedback line ("Meldelinie") and problem management activities
Your Profile
- Degree or technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in Quality Management, Automotive Engineering, Aftersales, Warranty, or Technical Support is an advantage
- Strong analytical and structured way of working
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- German language skills (minimum B2, preferably C1) are mandatory
- Good English language skills
