What to Expect

  • Workshop Leadership & End-to-End Moderation:

    • Lead FMEA sessions from start to finish—covering preparation, information gathering, active moderation, and proper closure.

    • Plan and structure workshops to foster collaboration, maintain team focus, and keep activities strictly aligned with timelines and objectives.

  • Technical Engagement & Documentation:

    • Actively participate in technical discussions, deeply understand complex engineering content, and accurately document critical insights and risk analyses.

    • Drive conflict resolution and steer multi-disciplinary teams within dynamic, international environments (primarily in German and English).

  • Methodology & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Ensure full compliance with current FMEA methodologies, corporate processes, and industry standard requirements.

    • Partner closely with cross-functional engineering teams to identify potential failures, evaluate risks, and define concrete improvement measures.

What You Bring Along

  • Professional Background & Experience:

    • Proven experience as an FMEA Moderator, Facilitator, or in a comparable quality engineering role.

    • Extensive, hands-on experience within the Powertrain domain and a solid understanding of automotive product development processes (APDP).

  • Methodological Expertise:

    • Deep knowledge of FMEA methodologies and relevant industry standards.

  • Soft Skills & Facilitation:

    • Exceptional moderation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • High assertiveness, professionalism, and solution-oriented thinking, with a proven ability to manage conflicts and guide technical teams.

    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel sessions, documentation workflows, and strict deadlines.

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Full professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken), essential for daily moderation within international environments.
