Key Responsabilities:

Conduct quality and logistics issue support at specified customer plants in Italy, involving participation in quality meetings, complaint handling, and product inspections;

Provide specialized support for non-compliant product analysis, component reprogramming, and functional testing at customer sites;

Maintain detailed records of activities, including parts checked, time spent, and compliance results, to be documented in the SGAS system;

Offer remote diagnostic support and problem-solving assistance through a hotline service, ensuring effective communication and technical guidance;

Provide technical support and complaint handling at customer plants not regularly supported by a Technical Resident (TR), especially during high demand or special projects.

Mother tongue Italian;

English language knowledge;

Vehicle mechatronics knowledge (Common Rail Pump, Injectors, Fuel Pump);

Microsoft Office knowledge;

Mechanical and electrical drawing knowledge;

Basic knowledge of quality standards in the automotive sector (IATF 16949: 2016);

Knowledge of customer procedures in production plants;

High school diploma in the technical field or well-proofed equivalent competencies;

Driving license type B or higher.
