Bertrandt is an international engineering and technology partner supporting leading customers in the automotive, aerospace and industrial sectors.To strengthen our Italian organization, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR operations and administration manager to lead the local HR & Administration function and support the continued development of our operations and business.

Your Role

You will be responsible for coordinating HR and administrative activities at site level, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations and business objectives.You will work closely with employees, managers and international stakeholders, contributing to both operational excellence and organizational development. You will lead a local HR team and act as a key interface between the Italian organization and Group functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and coordinate the local HR & Administration team;
  • Define priorities and workload allocation;
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and practices;
  • Support management on people and organizational matters;

Labour Law, Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with Italian labour legislation and internal policies;
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and complex employee relations cases;
  • Support contractual and employment law matters;
  • Coordinate external consultants and legal advisors when required;
  • Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on the organization;
  • Support internal and external audits.

HR Operations

  • Oversee personnel administration activities;
  • Supervise recruiting, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes;
  • Coordinate mandatory training and health surveillance activities;
  • Ensure consistency and quality of HR documentation;

Site Administration & Governance

  • Coordinate site-related administrative activities;
  • Supervise external service providers and administrative suppliers;
  • Support facility governance and business continuity activities;
  • Ensure proper management of company records and documentation;

International Cooperation

  • Act as interface with Group HR functions;
  • Support implementation of corporate initiatives and standards;
  • Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting

 

Your Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Experience in HR Management, HR Operations or Senior HR Generalist roles;
  • Solid knowledge of Italian labour law and personnel administration;
  • Experience managing employee relations and compliance topics;
  • Professional English proficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

Indicative salary range: €45,000 – €55,000 gross annual salary (RAL)

The final compensation package will be defined according to experience, competencies and overall fit with the role.Additional benefits include welfare programs and other company benefits according to internal policies.
