Was Sie erwartet:

• Design and develop standard solutions for Substation Automation Systems (SAS) that deliver secure, scalable architectures aligned with customer requirements and compliant with industry standards
• Create project-specific solutions and architectures in close collaboration with bid management and sales teams
• Prepare detailed technical descriptions and compile the Bill of Materials (BoM) for SAS solutions
• Manage stakeholders and provide technical support to sales, bid management, and engineering teams
• Conduct training sessions for internal departments such as sales, bid management, and project execution
• Translate functional requirements into Epics, Features, and high-level acceptance criteria for agile implementation

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Successfully completed university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, System Architect, Project Manager, or similar role in the substation business
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and codes
• In-depth understanding of substation system design, from secondary equipment to SCADA and HMI
• Expertise in substation secondary equipment technologies (e.g., protection relays, power metering)
• Familiarity with leading market products and solutions (e.g., Siemens SIPROTEC, ABB, Schneider)
• Experience in project execution or project management of substation solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers at eye level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and collaborative approach
• Fluent in English; German is desirable
