What to expect:
- The Requirements Management Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of requirements across the product lifecycle. The role includes close collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders, administration of requirements management tools (ATVW, Codebeamer, DOORS), execution of change management processes, and ensuring full traceability and consistency of requirements.
- Coordinate exchange of specifications with suppliers using Codebeamer, DOORS, and ATVW.
- Follow up on clarifications, open issues, and inconsistencies with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure structured and traceable communication of requirements updates.
- Execute and monitor the existing Change Request (CR) management process.
- Monitor tool updates ATVW/Codebeamer and take appropriate action in case new features
- Establish and maintain full traceability of requirements.
- Validate migrated data and identify migration faults.
What you bring along:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in automotive or regulated industries
- Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) environments
- Strong experience in requirements management
- Hands-on experience with ATVW, Codebeamer, DOORS
- Knowledge of change management processes
- Experience in data migration validation and quality checks
