What to expect:

• Monitor and support the wiring harness production process on a daily basis.
• Assess and evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide hands-on technical support and advice to the production team.
• Evaluate and optimize processes such as:
• Crimping
• Ultrasonic welding
• Cable wrapping and taping
• Wiring harness board assembly
• Connector and terminal assembly
• Manual and semi-automated assembly processes
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes meet defined quality and technical requirements.
• Support process optimization, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise during production ramp-up and process changes.

What you bring along:

• Several years of hands-on experience in wiring harness manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of wiring harness production processes.
• Practical experience with crimping, ultrasonic welding, wrapping/taping and harness board assembly.
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction equipment or other off-highway applications is an advantage.
• Ability to assess production processes directly on the shop floor.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical recommendations to production teams.
