For our international development projects in the field of high-voltage energy storage and electric drive systems, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our team in Morocco.

In this role, you will combine technical project work with coordination and communication tasks, working closely with international teams (especially in Germany). You will contribute directly to projects while supporting the development of project activities at the Moroccan site.

What to expect :

• Active participation in international development projects related to:
• HV battery systems / energy storage
• Electric drives and automotive E/E
• Mechanical, hardware, functional, or systems development
• Technical support and guidance of team members working on international projects in Morocco
• Close coordination with international project managers and teams
• Support recruitment activities (technical interviews, mentoring, knowledge transfer)
• Gradual takeover of subproject responsibilities such as work packages or modules
• Ensure quality, deadlines, and technical consistency in assigned tasks

what you bring along : 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical development within the automotive or similar industrial environment
• Experience working in international or cross-site projects
• Good technical understanding combined with coordination and communication skills
• Structured, responsible, and pragmatic working style
• High level of independence and teamwork mindset

Language Requirements

English: mandatory (C1 level – working and project language)
