What to expect:

• Support of aftersales requirements management throughout the entire vehicle development processIntegration of aftersales requirements into the product development process (PEP) and relevant documentation
• Creation, maintenance and further development of structured requirements catalogues
• Analysis and evaluation of requirements with regard to vehicle concepts, spare parts and service processes
• Ensuring spare parts availability and structured representation in bills of materials and spare parts catalogues
• Optimization of retrofit capability, repairability and service processes
• Coordination with cross-functional development teams and project committees as well as preparation of status reports

What you bring:

• Completed qualification as Automotive Master Technician or state-certified technician
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop or automotive dealership environment
• Sound understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, spare parts and workshop processes
• Experience with common workshop and aftersales systems, such as electronic parts catalogues, repair and service documentation, diagnostic platforms and dealer management systems
• Practical experience with OEM-related tools (e.g. ETKA, ElsoPro, KVS, AVON or comparable systems), described in a brand-independent context
• Initial experience or strong interest in requirements management and development processes
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with confident communication in project environments
• Excellent command of Czech (level C2)
• English language skills are beneficial (at a minimum level B2)
• German language skills are a plus
• Willingness to work regularly on site in Mladá Boleslav
