What to expect:

• Lead the technical delivery of Android Automotive demonstrators and innovation prototypes
• Translate customer requirements into structured sprint backlogs and technically feasible work packages
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, handovers, and continuous backlog refinement using JIRA
• Coordinate development, integration, testing, and commissioning activities across vehicle, test bench, and development environments
• Ensure the quality, functionality, stability, and documentation of delivered sprint results
• Act as the main technical interface and communicate project status, risks, and technical decisions to project stakeholders
• Support prototype demonstrations and coordinate rapid issue resolution activities.

What you bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Software Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience in Android Automotive or embedded automotive software development
• Strong knowledge of AOSP, Android Studio, Linux, and relevant Android frameworks
• Advanced understanding of vehicle communication technologies and protocols such as LIN, CAN, Ethernet, RSI, and ViWi
• Hands-on experience with vehicle integration, prototype commissioning, and development and testing tools
• Proven experience as Scrum Master, Technical Lead, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Confident use of JIRA, Confluence, and technical documentation tools
• Excellent coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Customer-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
• Ability to lead technical teams while maintaining a hands-on approach to prototype delivery
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work regularly on site in Mladá Boleslav
• Czech language skills at a minimum level of B2 (mandatory)
• English language skills at a minimum level of B2
• German language skills are considered an advantage
