What to expect:

• Conduct competitor, market, and patent research for innovation ideas, including duplication checks
• Create HMI and UX prototypes in Figma in accordance with applicable design guidelines
• Assess the technical feasibility of new concepts with regard to E/E architectures, vehicle signals, ECUs, and communication technologies
• Maintain innovation ideas, maturity levels, dashboards, and project information in JIRA and Excel
• Prepare and present decision-making documents for project management and relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with technical experts while independently developing concepts and initial feasibility assessments

What you bring:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in automotive innovation, pre-development, or technical concept assessment
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle functions, particularly infotainment, comfort, and driver assistance systems
• Profound understanding of E/E architectures, ECUs, and communication protocols such as LIN, CAN, and Ethernet
• Experience with Figma, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and ideally BigPicture
• Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies as well as rapid prototyping approaches
• Strong analytical skills, presentation confidence, and an independent, structured way of working
• German language skills at a minimum level of A2 are an advantage
• Czech language skills at a minimum level of B2
• English language skills at a minimum level of B2
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work regularly on site in Mladá Boleslav.
