What to expect:

• Coordinate and align rear-end vehicle concepts with the involved specialist departments
• Plan, organize, and lead regular project coordination meetings and present development progress in relevant committees
• Plan, manage, and monitor project targets regarding timing, quality, and costs
• Ensure cross-functional communication between all relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate collaboration with development partners and technical departments
• Track actions and ensure the timely implementation of agreed work packages
• Support concept and development phases through active project coordination and risk management

What you bring:

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Professional experience in the automotive industry and vehicle development with a focus on complete vehicle development
• Experience in coordinating and steering project teams
• Strong communication, organization, and moderation skills combined with a confident professional appearance
• Structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
• Fluent Czech language skills (minimum C1)
• Good German or English skills (minimum B1)
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in Mladá Boleslav and travel as required by the project
