What to expect:

• Develop customer ideas into structured innovation concepts based on user needs, customer value, user stories, motivation, and technical requirements
• Analyze customer challenges and existing solutions, define target concepts, and evaluate customer value, business viability, and technical feasibility from an end-to-end perspective
• Define technical solution concepts covering electrical/electronic architectures, communication networks, vehicle-related services, control units, backend integration, and human-machine interfaces
• Prepare technical specifications, identify suitable suppliers, obtain quotations, and coordinate internal approval processes
• Manage the implementation of mock-ups, demonstrators, and prototypes throughout the innovation lifecycle
• Plan and coordinate customer testing activities and ensure successful Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) evaluations
• Drive change requests through relevant committees, report project progress, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders

What you bring:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
• Proven ability to manage technical innovation ideas from concept to prototype handover
• Customer-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
• Experience in developing and evaluating technical solution concepts from a customer, business, and technical perspective
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Driving licence and willingness to work regularly on site in Mladá Boleslav
• Czech language skills at a professional communication level (minimum B2) are mandatory
• English language skills at a professional communication level (minimum B2) or German language skills at a professional communication level
• Willingness to collaborate in an international environment and work closely with local stakeholders
