What to expect:

• Develop prototypes and functional demonstrators for infotainment, connectivity, comfort functions, lighting, automated driving and e-mobility
• Develop and integrate Android Automotive applications using available vehicle signals, CAN, BAP and camera data
• Install, commission and test applications on vehicles, test benches and development platforms
• Develop, verify and commission vehicle functions in prototype vehiclesImplement sprint deliverables, perform testing and hand over stable solutions
• Create technical project documentation using common documentation tools
• Support management demonstrations and ensure prototype functionality and stability

What you bring:

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive software engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Practical experience in Android Automotive development and testing
• Advanced knowledge of AOSP, Android Studio and common Android frameworks
• Strong programming and integration skills for prototype applications and embedded interfaces
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN and Ethernet, ideally with experience using Vector or PEAK-System tools, CANoe, CANalyzer, PCAN-Router FD or PCAN-USB FD
• Experience with Linux and development environments such as Raspberry Pi or Arduino
• Experience reading from and writing to CAN or LIN interfaces
• Experience in agile software development, testing and technical documentation
• Independent, solution-oriented and customer-focused way of working
• Driving licence and willingness to work regularly on site in Mladá Boleslav
• Professional communication skills in German or English, with English at a minimum of B2 level
• Czech language skills are an advantage
