What you can expect:

• Create and manage detailed short-term production schedules across assigned manufacturing work centers
• Optimize production sequences based on material availability, capacity, quality requirements, and delivery commitments
• Allocate resources efficiently, including machines, equipment, labor, and tooling, to maximize productivity and minimize bottlenecks
• Act as the key operational link between Production Planning and the Shop Floor
• Drive rapid problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to resolve scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and supply shortages
• Support digital transformation initiatives and planning system enhancements (e.g., Aspire, OMP)
• Monitor and report scheduling KPIs
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and other key stakeholders 

What you bring:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Practical experience in Detailed Scheduling, Production Control, or Manufacturing Planning
• Strong understanding of Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems and shop floor execution processes
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and priorities
• Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset 
• Strong collaboration and conflict-management skills, combined with a "One Network" mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
