What to expect:

• Support LSA, ILS and Support & Services teams in their daily use of DDMS and the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform.
• Act as the functional focal point for LSA/ILS-related questions, methodology guidance and operational support within DDMS.
• Coach users on the practical application of LSA/ILS processes and ASD standards within the DDMS environment.
• Translate Support & Services requirements into efficient DDMS working practices and data structures.
• Support the operational adoption of DDMS through hands-on coaching, troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Interpret engineering information (e.g. EBOM structures) and transform it into structured support and logistics data.
• Validate LSA/ILS data structures and ensure alignment between business processes and DDMS usage.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, coordinating functional enhancements with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Support & Services, Configuration Management, Engineering and key business stakeholders to drive successful deployment and continuous improvement.

What you bring along:

• Successfully completed studies in Engineering, Aerospace or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), or Support & Services within aerospace environments.
• Knowledge of  S1000D and S3000L; knowledge of S2000M is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and adapt it across standards, processes and data structures.
• Understanding of DDMS, 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and PLM environments.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer capabilities within operational industrial environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in digital transformation, deployment activities or change management initiatives is an advantage
