What to expect:

• Support all on-site and off-site maintenance activities (warehouse, offices, etc.) to ensure the availability of land-based assets according to legal and internal regulations

• Work within an autonomous maintenance team under the supervision of the French Maintenance Manager

• Assist with planned maintenance, inspections, and safety procedures following company standards

• Participate in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities, both minor and major, in collaboration with internal teams or subcontractors

• Support smooth operations of the service center, including preparation and organization of maintenance activities

• Communicate relevant information to the Asset Management team (e.g., turbine failures, planned maintenance)

• Ensure tools, equipment, spare parts, and consumables are in good condition, inspected, and available in sufficient quantity

What you bring along:

• High school diploma, BTS, DUT, or equivalent in industrial maintenance, electromechanical systems, electrical engineering, or related field

• Certification or professional qualification in technical maintenance or wind turbine maintenance (e.g., BZEE)

• Specific training or certifications: GWO BST + French electrical certificate (habilitation électrique)

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or automation), including 2–3 years in wind or solar PV

• Language skills: fluent French (C1 minimum) and intermediate to fluent English

• Valid driving license
