Your Responsibilities:

Plan and manage complex SAP S/4HANA rollout projects in an international environment

Develop and maintain detailed project and rollout plans

Ensure the timely execution of all rollout activities

Manage project budgets, control costs, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders

Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate international project teams, business departments, and external service providers
-
Ensure the successful implementation of local requirements within a global SAP template framework
-
Organize, facilitate, and moderate project meetings and Steering Committee sessions

Monitor project milestones, testing activities, and cutover execution
-
Ensure compliance with defined project governance, quality standards, and methodologies

Support the harmonization and standardization of business processes across multiple locations and regions
Your Profile:
-
Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification

At least 10 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager in complex international project environments

Proven experience in multiple SAP projects, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP rollout management

Experience with manufacturing processes and/or delivering IT projects within a manufacturing environment

Successful track record of managing multiple full-cycle projects as an IT Project Manager.Experience working in global organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processes

Solid understanding of Agile project methodologies, including hands-on experience with Jira and user stories

Experience managing complex project landscapes with sophisticated governance structures and a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style, combined with a confident presence in international environments

Excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is desirable
