Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project planning, timeline creation, milestone scheduling, and KPI monitoring across design modelling activities;
- Manage cost estimation for clay, resin, structural frames, supports, and hard components;
- Monitor budgets identify risks and deviations;
- Track progress, delays, deliverables, and risks; prepare structured weekly status updates;
- Prepare professional presentations and documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in automotive design project management, planning, or program coordination;
- Strong capability in timeline management, milestone tracking;
- Experience with budget tracking, cost estimation, and financial monitoring;
- Familiarity with materials and components used for prototype model building (clay, resin, structures, hard parts);
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign; strong communication and documentation skills.
