What to expect:

• Working with a centralized customer and prospect database (CMDM = Customer Master Data Management) provided by Informatica;
• Ensures that the data in CMDM is processed correctly, consistently, completely, and in compliance with applicable regulations;
• Execute queries and provide data selections;
• Acts as the operational contact for internal departments – particularly CRM, IT, and Data Protection – as well as for the responsible contacts at Group headquarters;
• Performs data integration and preparation;
• Performs data quality management,
• Performs Incident Monitoring and Management
• Works with business teams which are responsible of production, collection and consumption of data, on business Information Systems and company data pool;
• Ensures that the data is entered, managed, used throughout its lifecycle in accordance with the company rules;
• Provides data catalog and dictionary, reference data;
• Contributes to and validates business data models;

What you bring along:

• Good understanding of production, collection and consumption of data, on business Information Systems and company data pool;
• Knowledge of how data is entered, managed, used throughout its lifecycle in accordance with the company rules;
• Knowledge of centralized databases and GDPR;
• Knowledge of data management, data modeling and data quality;
• Knowledge of data visualization dashboards, interfaces and data flow between systems;
• Knowledge of data architectures (e.g., CMDM, MDM, ETL processes);
• Knowledge of data (base) management software (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, Google Data Studio, BigQuery/SQL, Oracle SQL Developer, Spotfire/Power BI, Python)
• Knowledge of English language & German language.
