Key Responsibilities

  • Support Design Office users in their daily activities related to DDMS and 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX).

  • Act as the first point of contact for user questions, issues, and tool-related problem solving.

  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation.

  • Prepare and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.

  • Coach engineers and designers on DDMS processes, methods, and 3DX functionalities.

  • Drive user adoption and support the deployment of 3DX within the Design Office.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose pragmatic solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.

  • Collaborate with Engineering Team Leaders, Transformation teams, and international stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Successfully completed studies in an engineering discipline or a comparable qualification

  • Advanced knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) OnePlatform and DDMS ecosystem.

  • Experience in engineering, design office, or digital engineering environments.

  • Strong coaching, training, and knowledge transfer skills.

  • Ability to analyze and solve technical and process-related issues.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple users and stakeholders.

  • Experience in change management, deployment, or user adoption activities is an advantage.
