Your Mission

• Build the Business: Establish and grow Bertrandt’s presence in the Czech Republic and develop it into a leading engineering partner for the automotive industry.
• Win the Market: Build executive-level relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, identify business opportunities and convert them into sustainable growth.
• Build the Team: Attract top talent, foster a high-performance culture and develop an organization people want to be part of.
• Own the Results: Take full responsibility for business growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• Represent Bertrandt: Become the face of Bertrandt in the Czech market and a trusted partner for customers, employees and industry stakeholders.

Your Profile

You are not looking to manage an existing business - you are driven to build one.

• Proven leadership experience in automotive engineering, engineering services or technology consulting
• Strong track record in business development, sales and customer acquisition
• Well-established network within the Czech automotive industry
• Strong technical understanding combined with excellent commercial acumen
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses, teams and sustainable growth
• Business-fluent Czech language skills as well as fluent English and German language skills are required
