What to expect:

• Manage tooling projects end-to-end and ensure delivery within agreed quality, cost, and schedule (QCD) targets.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the customer, representing the team’s expertise and know-how.
• Collect and analyze technical input data to define scope and deliverables.
• Prepare cost estimates for engineering studies and/or manufacturing.
• Respond precisely to specifications and align solutions with stated needs.
• Launch and steer the manufacturing phase: run supplier consultations (RFQs) and track execution.
• Provide ongoing technical and commercial follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and oversee the manufacturing process, intervening on-site as needed.
• Produce regular progress reports and dashboards for management.
• Be accountable for meeting all Quality, Cost, and Schedule commitments.

What you bring along:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in tooling and/or special-purpose machines.
• Proven autonomy, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); capable of leading meetings and producing clear technical documentation.
• French is a plus.
