What to expect:
- Manage tooling projects end-to-end and ensure delivery within agreed quality, cost, and schedule (QCD) targets.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the customer, representing the team’s expertise and know-how.
- Collect and analyze technical input data to define scope and deliverables.
- Prepare cost estimates for engineering studies and/or manufacturing.
- Respond precisely to specifications and align solutions with stated needs.
- Launch and steer the manufacturing phase: run supplier consultations (RFQs) and track execution.
- Provide ongoing technical and commercial follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables and oversee the manufacturing process, intervening on-site as needed.
- Produce regular progress reports and dashboards for management.
- Be accountable for meeting all Quality, Cost, and Schedule commitments.
What you bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in tooling and/or special-purpose machines.
- Proven autonomy, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); capable of leading meetings and producing clear technical documentation.
- French is a plus.
