Assembly & Paint Industrialization Engineer

Quality & Geometric Convergence Engineer

Product & Process Industrialization BIW Engineer

Welding & Stamping Engineer

• Organize industrialization activities for new products, model evolutions, and manufacturing changes.
• Perform feasibility studies, risk assessments and industrial validations.
• Manage product and process modifications from concept through production launch.
• Ensure product conformity, geometric convergence, and compliance throughout project milestones and production launches.
• Validate control systems, metrology equipment, assembly tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and manage measurement plans, surveillance plans and quality monitoring activities.
• Coordinate equipment installation, automation, robotics, validation, relocation, commissioning and process readiness.
• Manage engineering changes, technical documentation and conformity activities.
• Ensure quality targets, convergence and product conformity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and cost optimization.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, automotive, manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Automotive: Industrialization, Body-in-White, Stamping, Welding, Manufacturing Engineering or vehicle launch projects.
• Knowledge of CATIA, industrial processes, product/process validation, geometric convergence, metrology, automation and robotics.
• Familiarity with dimensional analysis, control plans and project management tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive attitude, anticipation and risk management. Good capacity of analysis, synthesis, piloting and reporting and organizational skills.
• Good English skills - mandatory.
• Spanish and/or French would be an advantage.
• Important: Availability for possible relocation to Spain.
