Job profile:

Attached to vehicle Architecture department you mission is to manage the Packaging of any component or sub system by:

• following-up of the overall interfaces between the different component and departments
• contributing to the elaboration of the vehicle architecture
• ensuring the best product / process / performance / design compromise
• respecting the processes and job standards
• integrating the aspect Quality Cost Deadlines
• ensuring technical coherence between systems
• ensuring the exchange of information with the Design and Engineering teams
• physically validating the numerical solutions according to the stage of the project

Coordinate a team of architecture designers:

• by dividing tasks according to skills
• by technically accompanying the designers
• develop the team members' performance and support them by giving all the necessary responsibilities (Coach role)
• align the actions of the team members on the company strategy (role of Leader)
• guide team members in driving the change and innovation necessary for the company's progress (role of scout)

 Expected delivery :

• interface sheets
• standard sections type
• allocated volumes
• pronouncement of the Architecture TOP RO
• chains of dimensions
• RCC verification
• JIRA follow-up of the KI’s

Your profile:

• We are looking for an experienced engineer or technician who contributes to the overall success of Architecture activity;
• Your professional background shows relevant experience related to Architecture activity and automotive field;
• Have at least 2 years of experience as an architectural designer; polyvalence in vehicle architecture could be an important asset;
• Knowledge of CATIA V6 / New PDM is Mandatory;
• Your technical expertise and your leadership skills allow you a great and efficient project management;
• We look for a team member with strong communication and teamwork skills that can also work independently;
• Proven KPI management experience;
• Proven synthesis, autonomy and decision skills;
• Good English language skills are necessary. French is a plus;
