About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented After Sales Analyst to join our team.

This position offers the opportunity to work in an international automotive environment, collaborating with engineering, product management, pricing, and after-sales teams to support strategic service programs.

Responsabilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and manage After Sales data like service contract, repair methods, diagnostics etc. 
• Analyze after-sales performance data and customer service information to identify trends and offer technical support.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support management decisions.
• Monitor warranty claims, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer retention.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Offer support for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for after-sales operations.
• Deliver actionable insights that enhance customer experience and reduce service costs.

Your profile:

Education: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in: 
  • Engineering
  • Economics
  • Business Administration

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and their functions
• Knowledge about vehicle maintenance and service procedures
• Automotive After-Sales knowledge
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Strong numerical and calculation skills

Languages:

• English – Advanced
• French – Advanced
